Terms and Conditions (Dreamland billionaire's #2) Book Review

Terms and Conditions (Dreamland billionaire's #2) Book Review After finishing The Fine Print , there was no doubt in my mind that I would dive straight into Terms and Conditions.  The characters of Book 2 were  introduced throughout The Fine Print but any mention of their relationship was limited to professional and Declan looking at Iris' ass.  Tropes:  Marriage of convenience Friends(ish) to lovers Fake engagement leading to marriage Workplace romance Grumpy/sunshine Declan Kane, the eldest Kane brother had some more extreme clauses to his inheritance. He had to marry and have a child before accessing his shares of the company and becoming CEO. Iris, his assistant, or person who makes sure his entire work and personal life goes smoothly, is aware of these clauses and spent time finding Declan a wife. This is mentioned in book 1 where she struggled to find someone he liked.  The book opens with the announcement and engagement party for Declan and his original b...

The Book of Azrael by Amber Nicole review

The Book of Azrael (Gods and Monsters #1) by Amber Nicole ARC provided by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. At this point in time I have no words for this book. Ok that was a lie. I have a lot to say.  I had a general idea of what this book entailed but I prefer to go in blind and appreciate the unexpected, and this paid off. I absolutely loved it. Initially, Dianna is this evil monster capable of awful things and her one weakness is her sister, Gabby. Once the plot got underway and I grasped the complex world of gods and monsters, I was hooked. Liam - or Samkiel - was an instant favourite for me. A tortured soul, isolated and grieving is shoved into a stressful situation that is constantly developing and worsening. The two main characters form an initially volatile alliance which burns super slowly into a delicious and spicy romance that A...

The Fine Print by Lauren Asher book review

The Fine Print (Dreamland Billionaire's book 1) I had high expectations for this book after reading the Dirty Air series and it certainly did not disappoint. After receiving all four books for Christmas, I was excited at the thought of reading Lauren's writing style with a set of new characters. Both characters, while the hero was grumpy, were very likeable. Lauren jumps into the story's background and how, in order to access their inheritance and shares of the Kane company, they would have to meet the clauses in their grandfather's will. Declan, the youngest brother of three (the Dreamland billionaires) is faced with a challenge from his deceased grandfather, throwing him back into a place he has bad memories of - the Dreamland theme park. Although it is a place for fulfilling dreams and happiness, to Declan it is a constant reminder of the traumatising circumstances of his mother's death. Zhara, the heroine, works as a beautician in the park's salon and does ...
